Where should your esports awards be delivered?
Arena Trophy Co sends esports awards to any country, and each destination is priced and confirmed on your quote. Trouble usually starts at the receiving end, not on the road. A LAN venue, a convention hall, a school, a gaming cafe and a team house all handle parcels differently. Pick who signs for the box and who keeps it sealed until the ceremony.
The list helps prepare your request. Shipping availability, import arrangements and transit time are confirmed for the actual delivery address.
Should esports trophies go to the venue or the organizer?
Ship to a named person who will be there. Convention halls often accept freight only during set-up windows, and gaming cafes may not have storage. If the venue cannot hold the box safely, send it to the organizer and bring it on finals day. Write the event name and your contact on the outside so it reaches production staff.
What if the league finals happen at different schools?
Split the order by where each final is played. Tell us which division or game finishes at which school, and the quote lists a shipment for each address with its own packing list. Keep the stage banner and champion plaque with the site that hosts the closing broadcast, so nothing needs to travel between venues on the day.
How do we plan awards for an international esports event?
Give the destination country, the venue address and the date the awards must be there. Your quote spells out the carrier service, the charges and any customs steps. Teams at international events often come from several countries, so confirm how each handle and team name should be written before the proof, especially names with accents or non-Latin characters.
How should awards be packed for a trophy lift on stream?
Tell us the ceremony running order and which piece is lifted on camera. The main stage trophy can be packed on its own, labeled for the stage manager, while player awards are grouped by team. For online events where winners receive awards by mail, each piece can be packed separately with the player's handle on the outside.
